I bought a monstera in Indonesia
Hi, I bought a monstera in Indonesia. I’m from Mexico. Four days later the seller told me if I had a phytosanitary permit (their listing said free of phytosanitary issues), but I looked into it and that plant can’t be imported into my country. I explained it to the seller and they refunded me the cost of the plant but THEY DID NOT REFUND THE SHIPPING COST
AND THE SHIPPING COST WAS ANOTHER 90 DOLLARS, imagine that, and they don’t want to give it back!! and in the chat they tell me to check it with the seller, to whom I already wrote and they are not responding to me
What do I do? there’s also no customer service phone number or anything but yes, the people in the chat are super nice but in the end they wash their hands of it!!!

Hello,
Please note that for users registered on eBay.com like you, we would always recommend using the eBay.com forums from this link and you can receive assistance through the eBay.com help pages, from where you can request assistance in Spanish when you contact us.
From what you mention, we would recommend that you check both the order details and the 'Messages' section of your account to see whether the total amount of the purchase you are referring to has been refunded.
If the seller has issued only a partial refund, you should be able to select the 'Ask eBay to step in' option within the request, and if you have already done so, make sure to check your messages to see whether eBay has already forced a refund of the remaining amount.
