I bought it and it doesn't appear in my history
Good morning, I made a purchase that does not appear in my history and never arrived
I got in touch with the seller and he replied that the delivery person left it at the post office because I wasn't at home to pick it up, they NEVER left any notice at my home......
On the transport company’s website it says that it was delivered......
I requested a refund since I've been waiting 3 months for the order and he only gives me evasive replies....
I’m trying to claim the order from ebay or have them give me help, and when I click on reply or ask for help it takes me to an error page........
This is really testing my patience......it’s 35€......but I think nobody likes losing money this way.....
