get an invoice after the month of purchase
I need to get the invoice for a purchase made more than a month ago so I can claim it at customs, where it is being held. Does anyone know how I can do it.!!!

Hello,
Please keep in mind that the invoice for your purchase is the email you receive when you make the purchase. If you don’t have this email for whatever reason, you can contact the seller and ask them to issue one.
Likewise, we’d like to explain that there are 2 types of sellers on eBay, Private sellers and Professional sellers, since the process for handling invoices changes depending on the type of seller, "professional or private".
Private sellers: They cannot issue you any invoice, because they are private individuals.
Professional sellers: They can issue you an invoice and you should contact the seller to request it.
To get an Invoice you must provide your DNI, that is, if you are the one who made the purchase as an individual, you must provide your DNI and they will send it in your name. If the purchase was made in a country outside the EU, it is not valid as a guarantee for Spain and, on the other hand, they may not issue it to you, for example in China. But if it is simply to prove that you paid for a product for the Company, it would be valid.
