Inquiry about an order that hasn't arrived
I have requested a refund for an order that has not arrived and the case has been closed in my favor. What I’m not clear about is whether, if the order arrives much later and I don’t want it, who has to pay for returning the item.
The seller has not contacted me after eBay refunded the money
