Hello, I want to put my item up for sale, but in the passport section the system says that I entered incorrect data, I am a citizen of the Russian Federation, and I entered the Russian passport number, because I have not yet received Spanish documents. The system does not allow my passport data, What passport data should I enter? Please help!

Thank you for your message, I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble registering with your INE. I’d like you to try replacing the number 0 with the first letter of the NIE by following these steps:
- Choose Spain as your nationality
- Enter your date of birth
- Enter the NIE with a zero at the beginning instead of the letter, and the normal letter at the end. E.g. Y1234567N and our system will accept it by entering "01234567N"
