How long does it take for the refund to appear in my account? They say it's done, but I don't
How long does it take from when they tell me they've issued me a refund for it to show up in my account?

Hello,
If you received confirmation of a refund issued by the seller or by eBay, after opening a claim, or if the order was canceled, you can check whether said refund was issued by clicking on 'See details' in your account's Purchase History, after locating the order you are referring to.
Refunds once issued can take between 3-5 business days to be completed and visible in the payment method you used to complete a purchase. We would recommend contacting your bank to understand the timeframes in which they may take to transfer those funds to your card. In addition, if you need help to verify whether said refund was issued, you can contact us through this page.
