How much time do I have to cancel the purchase?
I made a purchase, I sent a message to the seller but they are not responding. If I have to cancel the purchase, how long do I have for them to refund my money?

Thanks for your message. To cancel an order, whether it is a Buy It Now transaction or you have won an auction, you need to contact the seller and ask them to cancel it. The seller may accept or reject your cancellation request.
If you have changed your mind or used an incorrect shipping address, contact the seller within the hour immediately after the purchase. If the seller has not yet shipped the item, you can ask them to cancel the order. If more than an hour has passed or if the seller has already shipped the item, you will need to contact them.
You can go to the following link to send the Cancellation Request officially, when the seller cancels the transaction you will receive an email confirming the cancellation and you will receive the funds back in your account within the next 3-5 days after receiving the cancellation notification.
