How long can I wait for a seller to send my product?
Hello, good morning, afternoon, or evening depending on what time it is, I wanted to ask a question I have. A little while ago I bought a cartoon jacket, and after 1 week the seller sent me a message saying that he still can’t send me the jacket because it is in his warehouse in the United States (he is from Australia). He asked me for a little more time so he can send me the jacket. It has already been almost 1 month since I bought the jacket and according to the seller he still can’t send it to me and that apparently it is going to take longer than he thinks. Reading the request to ask for a refund it says that I should not let more than 30 days pass, what happens if I decide to wait for the seller more than 30
days and still nothing?, can I no longer open the eBay request for a refund or what happens?, it’s not a problem for me I would wait, but the jacket was very expensive and I am worried about losing my money, thanks for reading and best regards.

Hello,
Remember that for registered users on eBay.com like you, we would always recommend using the eBay.com forums from this link., and if at any time you need assistance from eBay, you can receive assistance through the eBay.com help pages
Please keep in mind that eBay offers protection in situations where a buyer does not receive an order, or receives it in conditions different from those described. According to our eBay Money Back Guarantee. you may receive protection if you open a claim within 30 days after the estimated delivery date indicated in the order details.
If the seller you are referring to does not cancel the order or ship it within 30 days after the estimated delivery date, and you have not opened a claim within those timeframes, your purchase would not be covered, which would cause you to lose the ability to ask us for help, if needed.
We suggest that you consider requesting cancellation of the order, or if you want to wait, set the right expectations, since if you wait too long eBay will not be able to offer protection for that transaction if it is not ultimately completed satisfactorily.
