Seller account blocked
Hi,
the thing is I hadn't used my account for years and when I log back in and try to post a second-hand item I want to sell, it turns out I owe €1. So far, no problem because, I think I'll pay it and that's it. But no!! it takes me to the payment page and when I click pay it tells me I'll receive an email, which never arrives.
And so I keep going with my account blocked and unable to pay that euro. Does anyone know where this could be paid without having to receive any email????

If your account is blocked because of an unpaid eBay fees balance, you can normally do it through a one-time payment from your account. On the following page you can find information about it, and contact the Specialized Team if necessary.
