Multi-user account
Good morning. I created a business account on ebay, and I’d like to be able to add other users to help me manage my account.
I’ve followed the tutorials and apparently this is done by going to the Account Permissions page. And there you have a button that says: ADD USER. The problem I have is that I can’t see that button. Do you know why??
I’m sharing a screenshot of where I’m stuck.
How can this be fixed?

Thanks for your message. You need to be subscribed to the Seller Dashboard so that, once invited, other users can manage the aspects of your account that you have assigned to them.
Please make sure that you are enrolled in the dashboard and then send the access invitations to other users so they can manage the account.
