Suspended account
Hi, eBay has suspended a friend’s account until he sends some documentation (ID and bank details), but to send the documentation they ask him to identify himself and log in to the account, but since it’s suspended he can’t access the account.
eBay sends him emails to sort it out, but the links they include don’t take him anywhere where he can upload it or fix it.
He has sent several emails trying to sort it out, but you always send him canned messages with no clear response. 15 days later he still has neither the product he sold nor the money. Is this going to be resolved somehow?
