Account suspended indefinitely without knowing why
Good afternoon. Ebay has suspended my account indefinitely and I don’t know why. I think I’m a pretty proper person and I have always acted correctly with my buyers at all times. Out of 187 sales in a month, 5 arrived a little late, but I was able to confirm to Ebay that they had been received and that the buyers were totally satisfied. I feel very frustrated and it seems like I’ve been punished. The truth is, at 68 years old, I think I know how I should act and I try to be a correct and responsible person. I don’t understand this behavior from Ebay and being treated like I were a criminal or a terrorist. Really harsh and abusive, honestly. And worst of all, they don’t give me a concrete explanation or tell me whether they’re going to let me sell again soon or not. Just that I can do everything, buy, bid, contact sellers, everything except sell. I made a significant stock-up of inventory and now I’m literally “swallowing” it. This is abusive and it shouldn’t be allowed, because that is nothing more and nothing less than playing with users’ money and their own economy. Has this happened to anyone else?????? because I’m honestly, as they say now, “blown away”. I dooooon’t knoooow......can someone give me some idea of how to talk to Ebay and make them see that they made a mistake with me and that I’m just a person who is selling seriously and responsibly??? and that if there was a delay it was just a one-off??? I mean, they must already know that...I dooooon’t knoooow....I’m very lost with all this and my wallet is seriously affected. Weeeell....if someone can help me, I’d really appreciate it. Regards
