Debit of money in bank
Good morning, I have a problem, I made an offer for an item and the seller rejected the offer but they still debited the money from my bank account, what can I do to request a refund of the money? It has been impossible, I spoke with an eBay advisor, help please!!

The first thing we would recommend is that you check the details of your order in the Purchase History section, since eBay will never charge you anything beyond the total indicated in the order details.
From what you explained, it is very likely that when you tried to complete the payment, your bank held those funds. They will be able to confirm that the charges are indeed held/pending and not charged/billed, as well as give you more precise information about when they will reverse those charges. We have received inquiries like yours in the past, and in all cases they were able to clarify what happened by contacting the bank in question.
