Should I cancel my order?
Hi, this is my first purchase on Ebay, I bought a scale model from Estonia on June 23, but since it left Poland the tracking hasn’t been updated (July 12). Honestly, I’m unsure whether it will arrive or even where it is; the order is coming to Ecuador but I’ve checked several tracking services and none of them tells me anything. Honestly, I’m worried.
Yesterday the delivery deadline expired and I could only file a claim until September 4. I spoke with the seller but their only response is to be patient, that it takes 6-8 weeks...
