Hi, let’s see if this is normal.I’ve been waiting 6 days for them to give me the go-ahead on the refund. An agent told me they would process the refund with no problems, but that since it was over 500e it takes 48 hours. Well, it’s been 6 days now. Is this normal? The reason is withdrawal; the seller accepts returns for 30 days and, apart from that, they didn’t deliver the package to me, the seller asked the shipping company to return the package to the sender.
