Hello:
I'm trying to buy an item, but when I go to make the payment I get the following message
I've spoken with the seller and he assures me that he does ship to Spain, and that he has checked all the options and has worldwide shipping enabled. I don't know how to fix it. Because I don't know whether it's my problem or the seller's. I have tried having other people, friends and family, try it with their accounts, and the same thing happens to them. How can this be fixed?
If it's an issue on the seller's side, what can I tell him or suggest so he can fix it and I can buy it?.
