Hello,
From what you’re saying, it’s possible that the purchase in question does not meet the terms and conditions of the coupon mentioned. Keep in mind, for example, that coupons issued for eBay.es users are valid only for purchases completed on eBay.es.
Likewise, keep in mind that coupons have an expiration date. Make sure to check that date, as if it has already passed, that would explain why you weren’t able to take advantage of the coupon mentioned.
