Hello,
I hope someone can help me with my return. I bought an item as a guest but it didn’t go well and on February 2 I started the return process. After taking some photos of the item and generating a tracking number, I was taken to a page to enter the shipping reference number (which obviously I didn’t have at that time). That same day, Ebay sent me a return confirmation email with a link to track it. So far, so good.
The problem comes when, once the item has been sent and I have the shipping reference number, I have no way to go back to the return tracking to enter the reference and link it to the product (it gives me an error).
As of today I have not received the refund amount
