Return with DHL company
Hello, I have a problem with this company for processing a return; they don't want to accept the package because they are asking me for a commercial invoice for the product (where I bought the product is a private individual)
I don't know where I can download or get that commercial invoice.
I would appreciate the help, since they won't accept it there.
