RETURN OF DEFECTIVE MATERIAL
Good morning, I have received a defective item and the seller is accepting the return but is not sending me a label, only giving me the details where I have to send it back. How should I do it? I’m not going to pay shipping costs for an item that didn’t arrive in good condition, can you help me please?
