Return of the wrong product
Good afternoon everyone, I have an issue and I’d like to know if this has happened to anyone already or if you know how to proceed.
I ordered an item and, to receive it in Mexico City, I hired a shipping service because the seller handed the item over to USPS and from there Estafeta Estados Unidos brought it to Estafeta México; however, the seller sent the wrong item and now both the seller and Ebay are telling me to send the item back for a refund, but this has to be through USPS, and here in Mexico there are no USPS offices.
Do you know the procedure or how to get help from Ebay since the seller is no longer replying to me.
