Returning an item
Good evening, I ordered a product and when I received it it had nothing to do with the photos in the product listing. I told the seller and they gave me a return label. I dropped off the item at a drop-off point provided by the buyer on February 18, 2025, and today it still shows up in the return process that I have not sent the package. This number was the one they sent to my mobile when I handed over the package 05945115524490. I would like them to respond and clarify my doubts, thank you

I understand that the tracking number is not updated, and you can request eBay’s help if you open the case from your account and click the "Request eBay help" option. You must ask us for help before 30 days have passed after the case is opened, or we won’t be able to help you after that time, so it’s important to keep an eye on the dates.
