Refund of money
Hello, I sent back some Nike shoes that were sent to me defective. I returned them and they arrived in the United States a day ago. Do you know how long it might take for my money to be back in my bank?

Thank you for your message. I understand that the seller has received the item back. Normally we give the seller two days after the item has been received, to send you the refund.
If this doesn’t happen, you can request our help and escalate the case so we can process the refund.
