Return from Mexico
I purchased a jersey from someone in the USA and bought the Estafeta import service so it would get to me in Mexico, and everything arrived fine, but when I received it I noticed that the jersey is not genuine, and I’m requesting a refund. When they sent me the shipping label, the warehouse in Laredo, Texas appears as the sender, when I’m in Mexico. What can I do? Or can I send it that way from a FedEx branch in Mexico?

Your purchases are 100% protected by our eBay Customer Protection Guarantee, if the item does not arrive, is not as described, or is defective, but your guarantee will be invalid in certain cases, and reshipping an item from a warehouse to your address invalidates our protection so we will not be able to cover you on this occasion.
In the future, we recommend that you use your address in Mexico so that we can cover your purchase and you can contact our guarantee.
