Shipping cost refund
Good morning!
Recently I processed a return for a defective item. The seller asked me to arrange the return shipping and said they would pay me back. Well, once I had sent it and provided the tracking number, they sent me a message through eBay saying that they had already refunded me the exact return shipping costs, but the thing is, neither on eBay nor on PayPal can I see that refund for the return shipping costs. On the other hand, I read that they have to pay me the costs before I arrange the shipping, which was not the case. My question is: when am I going to receive the said refund of the return costs? Where will it be refunded to? To my PayPal account? Did we do something wrong?
