Return processed on December 23 and it says the refund deadline is January 13, but the package
Good evening, I initiated a return accepted by the seller on December 23 and tomorrow, January 13, is the last day for the refund, and the package does not show as delivered to the seller, to whom I sent all the Correos information, etc. What should I do

Thanks for your message. I understand that you need help escalating your case and you can request eBay's help if you enter the case from your account and click the option "Request eBay Help". You must ask us for help before 30 days have passed after the case was opened or we won't be able to help you after that time, so it's important to keep an eye on the dates.
