Hello everyone, I bought an item in the United States, so I had to pay import VAT and shipping, I still haven't received it but I've changed my mind and when I do receive it I want to return it to the seller, I'll pay the shipping costs myself, here's my question, will they refund me the VAT and shipping? Or just the price of the product?

If you’ve changed your mind about buying an item, you’ll have to wait to receive it, and if the seller accepts returns, you’ll be able to open a return request, in which you would be responsible as the buyer for the return shipping costs, and the seller, upon receiving the item back, will have to refund the full purchase amount. Check out this link with information about the process for returning an order.

We’ll give you one final response, since as we mentioned above, if the seller accepts your return request, you’ll have to return the item and the seller will issue you a full refund, including the original shipping costs.
For the future, make sure to carefully review this guide, and in particular the seller’s return policy in the listing to see who is responsible for the return shipping costs.
