Hi! There's no way to contact eBay by email or chat. I’ve made a return and I’m waiting for the seller’s refund. The thing is that on eBay the return I made doesn’t appear, and they sent me an email saying I have to make the return by the 20th or they will close the case. How can I update the return on eBay? Because it seems like the seller is taking their sweet time and they won’t refund me very soon? And what is eBay customer support’s email? thanks
