RETURN OF AN ITEM
I NEED HELP WITH RETURNING AN ITEM. I BOUGHT SOME SHOES, WHICH, IN THE LISTING, SAID THEY WERE SIZE 45, WHICH IS MY SIZE, BUT WHEN I RECEIVED THEM THE SIZE IS SMALLER. I OPENED A CASE TO RETURN THE ITEM.. AND THE SELLER CLOSED THE CASE,,, WHAT SHOULD I DO, I BOUGHT THAT ITEM AND I SEND MESSAGES TO THE SELLER AND HE DOESN'T RESPOND... BESIDES, I THINK THOSE SHOES ARE NOT ORIGINAL FROM THE BRAND I BOUGHT...

If the request you opened was rejected by the seller and is closed, we’d recommend that you try contacting your bank to understand whether they can offer you protection for that purchase.
From what you’ve explained, it seems possible that when you requested the return, the seller rejected it, since they do not accept returns, and you selected as the reason a mistake on your part when making the purchase.
For the future, keep in mind that eBay Customer Guarantee, will cover you if your item arrives defective or damaged, or is different from what was stated in the listing; if this is the case you can open a return request, based on our eBay Customer Guarantee If your item is not as advertised, make sure the return reason is "item different from the listing description".
