I sell an iPhone to an eBay buyer and ship it to Sweden. He buys it used, working perfectly, with the battery somewhat worn.... in the listing I already say that I do not accept returns but this "great buyer" the same day he receives it gives me a negative rating and puts lies like the screen is broken and that the phone has been tampered with inside and that it is missing parts... unbelievable lie. So, he asks me for a refund, I refuse because he has tampered with the phone, he sends me photos of it opened up and the next day says that Face ID doesn't work (of course he must have tampered with it badly and broken it) eBay incredibly agrees with him, withholds the money he paid me, 128€, and today after almost 1 month, or more, it turns out that the seller has kept my phone because he hasn't sent it back to me and on top of that eBay has taken the money from me and returned it to him. And they also don't even refund me the selling fee.... I'm so fed up with so much injustice...Can a buyer really buy on eBay, lie so they get their money back and then keep the item too? Really?
