Thank you for your message.
If you have already opened a return request, and you are responsible for paying the return costs, you will be able to see the address to which to return the item in question in the return details, in your Purchase History.
We also advise you to check the 'My messages' section in your account to verify whether the seller has already provided you with a label in case they are responsible for covering the return costs.
