Returns requested, but the item never reached the buyer
I requested an item return because it did not match the description, I noticed this before it arrived but the item never arrived and I couldn't return it

Thank you for your message. It’s curious that you mention the item did not match the description without having received the item.
I understand that you did not receive the item, so you will need to contact us so that an agent can change the return case to one for "Item Not Received".
To report an item that you have not received, go here and ask the agent to help you change the case.
