Hello,
If you have bought an item as a guest, you can open a return request by clicking the purchase confirmation email you received in your email inbox. When doing so, make sure you have not signed in to an account you may have registered with that same email; if that is the case, do not even register a new account with the same email, as this could cause problems finding your order.
Please make sure to read this page from where you can request a new purchase confirmation email, and see information both for locating your order and for opening a claim if necessary, and if you have difficulties, you can contact our customer service so they can provide you with help.
