Hello. I bought an item as a guest and when returning it, it's giving me problems. From the order confirmation message I was able to request the return without any problems, but that's it, it won't let me reply to the seller's messages, or buy a return label, or mark it as shipped. It keeps asking me to sign in with my account, which I don't have since I bought as a guest, and it gives me an error. What can I do? Thanks.

If you have a registered account as it seems (you are writing in this forum with a registered account) and that account was created with the same email address with which you later made a guest purchase, this would explain what you mention.
For the future, we would recommend that you always use that account to complete your purchases, and if, as you say, you have already opened a return request, try clicking on the purchase confirmation email received in your email inbox. When doing so, make sure you have not signed in to the account you may have registered with that same email,
