DHL Several orders that have been lost
Hello, I’ve bought several items on eBay and recently I’ve had the bad experience of DHL losing one package and another being lost outright in Amsterdam. When I contact DHL they tell me that only the supplier (eBay) can speak with them, and when I talk to eBay, they give me the runaround. On the one hand, I’m grateful that eBay refunded me the cost of the item, but it’s a very hard item to find and I’d prefer to receive it at home. Has anyone had a similar experience and managed to get anywhere with DHL? Is there any human way to speak to someone who can recover the package? Thanks!

Thank you for your message. I’m glad to hear that you have already received the refund for your item. I’m afraid that once the package has been marked as a lost item by the carrier, you will not be able to receive it at your home address, and this is the reason why we have sent you a full refund for this purchase.
