Correct return address?
Hi. I need to return a product that was sold to me as new but isn’t, to China, and PayPal gave me this address supposedly from eBay to return it to:
eBay Commerce Inc.
My question is: has anyone returned any product to this address? Is it real? Have you had any problems sending a product back?
I’m worried it might not be a real address, that the return won’t arrive, and that they won’t refund my money.
Mostly what surprises me is that they gave me part of the address in Chinese, and I don’t know if they’re trying to scam me.
