Incorrect return card address
Hello, I want to return an item. I purchased the return label and then the seller sent me a different address by message than the one on the label. How can this be resolved?

Hello,
If you've changed your mind about buying an item, or you've made a mistake when buying it, and the seller accepts returns, you can open a return request, in which you would be responsible as the buyer for the return shipping costs, and send it to the address specified in the return details.
Check out this link for information about the returns process, and if the seller does not issue a refund, once the tracking information you provided shows that the package has been delivered to the address specified by the seller in the return details, you can select the 'Ask eBay for help' option, so that we can try to provide you with a solution.
