Hello , it won't let me enter my NIE to publish an article. I have Romanian nationality and I've tried entering a Spanish NIE and Romanian passport number and neither of the two works for me! Does anyone know what I can do since I can't contact them

The NIE would not normally be accepted to update your account information, but you can alternatively provide a copy of your driver’s license, residence permit, or passport (not the numbers, but an image of one of these documents) at the end of the page when trying to complete the registration.
