Documentation for customs
I need documentation for the US order. But I don't have it. Besides the seller, where can I get it? The seller is not very professional.

We’re sorry to hear about what happened. Please keep in mind that on eBay, since we do not ship the items directly, we would not have control over the different procedures of each customs office. Likewise,
any possible import costs are the responsibility of each buyer, and we would not have direct control, as this can vary depending on each country’s Customs office.
We would recommend that you keep communicating with the seller, to see whether they can provide any additional documentation requested by customs to release the package. If you receive your order after the estimated delivery date has passed, what we suggest is that you open an item not received claim. Remember that you can do this once the estimated delivery date has passed, and if the seller does not respond to you or offer a solution, after 3 business days you can ask us for help so that we can try to find a solution for you.
