Hi, does anyone know why they won’t accept my identity number from my document? They keep telling me it’s invalid!!

Thank you for your message. I understand that you are having problems with your identity document. If you are a foreigner living in Spain with an INE, I would like you to try replacing the number 0 with the first letter of the NIE by following these steps:
- Choose Spain nationality
- Enter your date of birth
- Enter the NIE with a zero at the beginning instead of the letter, and at the end the normal letter. E.g. Y1234567N and our system will accept it by entering "01234567N"
