Question
Good morning, I'm new to selling on eBay.
I received an email, where the conversation I had with the buyer appears, but at the beginning of the email it says, for example:
Returns: María has sent you a message about the item I am selling.
Is it normal for the word "Returns" to appear

From what you’re saying, it seems like it’s just a simple mistake on the buyer’s part, and you shouldn’t have anything to worry about.
Remember that you’ll be able to check the return requests opened by your buyers in the 'Returns in your account' section. On this page you’ll be able to find useful information about it.
