eBay helps unreliable sellers
I bought a phone for €212, and after 4 weeks the call audio stopped working. I wrote to the seller and after 3 days with no response, I reported it to Ebay.
The response was that they couldn’t do anything because the 30-day Ebay warranty period had passed.
Not content with that, they deleted my review of the seller, where I didn’t insult anyone or say anything false.
On Thursday 31.10 I told what had happened to me in this forum, and to my surprise today I see that they deleted my post. I’ve spent thousands of euros on Ebay, but they won’t see another euro from me.
You’ve been warned, don’t trust seller reviews, because negative ones are deleted by Ebay.
