Hello. I bought eBay gift cards for a total of $580 through Coinsbee (official Binance partner). When trying to use them, my account was permanently blocked immediately. I have technical proof from Binance (Case #156891859) that the funds HAVE NOT been spent. eBay support tells me the money will go to the State as 'unclaimed property,' but I am here claiming my money with invoices in hand. This is an illegal holding of funds. I demand that a Billing Supervisor review my case, verify my identity, or void the codes so the merchant can refund me. It is not fair to confiscate a user's savings without giving them a chance to defend themselves.
