Ebay says my ID is not correct, I don't know if it's because it's from a different country than my country of residence | Help Among Users

I want to sell on EBAY. I live in Spain, and when I enter my ID it says it's incorrect. I also entered my NIE and it says it's incorrect. I don't know what's going on, or maybe I can't sell because I'm from a different country than the one I reside in. Does anyone know?
