eBay cancels several of my purchases. How can I appeal?
I bought several things (in auctions) from the same seller, we had agreed to pay at the end of the last ones. But Ebay has cancelled the purchases without asking, neither me nor the seller, and they are also threatening to close my account due to "non-payment". Completely false.
Now I have lost my purchases, the seller his time and Ebay the commissions it charges.
In the customer service options there isn't any valid one for this kind of error.
What can we do? the seller is also quite upset with the situation.
