Hello. This is the first time I've had a return where the customer admits the mistake. He bought a size and it doesn't fit him. He wants another one. eBay sends me the following email: "Your funds will be held until this request is resolved". The link they offer me is beyond my understanding. Printify, for its part, says the issue has to be resolved through eBay. I don't know how I should proceed. Customer message: "Wrong size (my fault)... please excuse me. The size should be XL Thanks"
