eBay resolves a purchase case in my favor when the shipment didn't arrive with a refund of the amount
Dear community. I would like you to please tell me how I should proceed on Ebay in this case that has come up for me:
in a recent purchase whose shipment did not arrive, I went ahead with the claim requesting a refund of the amount paid. The case was resolved in my favor, telling me that the amount would be refunded via reimbursement to the account; however, instead of the refund they have charged me again for the item, so now it is costing me double... what should I do?

Hello,
eBay will never charge you more than the amount shown in the order details. If a refund has been issued after opening a claim, you can see the refund amount by checking the request details in your Purchase History.
From what you’re saying, we recommend that you check with your bank to understand whether they have held the funds you’re referring to. If you see two different charges, it is very likely that when the refund was completed, those funds were held. They will be able to confirm that the charges are indeed held/pending and not charged/posted, and they will also be able to give you more precise information about when they will return those charges.
