Ebay withdraws funds from a sale before receiving the return
I made a sale, the buyer makes a claim and they side with them (I don’t agree) eBay withdraws the value of the sale from my bank account, but I have not received the sold item, I call eBay and they tell me they have nothing to do with that dispute, the financial company through which I received the payment will sort it out, I call PayPal and the transaction does not appear in PayPal,
What is happening?
Can a dispute like this be resolved and I end up without the item and the money and with no option to defend myself?
