buy as a guest or with the ease you give for making a purchase. you facilitate a speudo account with a pseudo username and the checkout process is streamlined in an incredible way. when it comes to helping the one who pays upfront, it’s all drawbacks. a seller who fails to comply with their faqs is fully accepted by you. and the end customer, who is the one paying upfront, has to settle for every issue and with hardly any rights. you are legally part of the collection process and the protection of fraudulent activities. your additional clauses are draconian and in front of a courtroom with legal representation they will be legally admitted. one person, which would be me, but ten, hundreds or thousands of affected users in litigation would change the way the user is treated. it wouldn’t make you sink the company, but it would suit the competition well.
