I've had problems with the shipping
A few months ago I bought a jacket with shipping included, but recently I got a letter from FedEx charging me for the shipping, and as far as I know I paid for the shipping along with the jacket

Sellers cannot request payment beyond those stated in each listing.
We suggest you check with the shipping company to understand whether this is a legitimate request on their part, since any possible import costs are the responsibility of each buyer, and we would not have direct control, as this can vary depending on each country's Customs office.
